Lignodesign
Design studies for your wooden home
The projects presented in this section are not pre-built homes or standard catalogue models, but rather represent a collection of design ideas developed over time based on the needs of clients who have contacted us in the past.
These are project ideas born from real requests, which address common and recurring housing needs, such as the distribution of space, the relationship with the outside, living comfort and energy efficiency.
Projects not tied to a specific lot
The proposed solutions are not designed for a specific site or lot, nor do they respond to specific urban planning constraints.
Precisely for this reason, they can be considered a valid starting point for future projects, to be adapted and developed based on:
- soil characteristics
- local urban planning regulations
- orientation and environmental context
- functional and aesthetic needs of the customer
Adaptable and customizable housing typologies
Each project can be adapted and reconfigured to suit the most popular housing types, such as:
- Linear house or compact house
- Single-story house or two-story house
- One, two, or three-bedroom homes
The solutions presented should therefore not be understood as “closed” projects, but as flexible, modifiable and expandable structures.
Possible customizations
During the design development phase, each proposal can be further enriched with customized elements, including:
- garage or covered parking space
- external porch
- bioclimatic pergola
- living area expansions
- redefinition of interior spaces
- customized plant and technological solutions
Each choice is evaluated based on the client’s lifestyle, budget, and actual needs.
Beyond the catalog: custom design
It is important to underline that Linea Design’s activity is not based on a catalogue of pre-defined models, but on a customised design process.
The projects presented in this section must therefore be considered exclusively as design ideas, subject to:
- in-depth analyses
- technical and regulatory checks
- architectural and functional adaptations
