Conceptually, our approach to renovation is not much different from that adopted in building a wooden house.

We also apply the principles of green building to existing buildings, focusing on dry systems, natural materials, and advanced technological solutions.

Dry internal linings

Very often we make dry internal linings, which allow you to:

  • Avoid invasive traces on load-bearing walls
  • Reduce construction time and costs
  • Do not weaken existing structures
  • Improve comfort and health

This solution is particularly effective in masonry or stone buildings.

Breathable outer coats

For thermal insulation we use breathable coats made of:

  • Wood fibre
  • Mineral wool
  • High vapour diffusion materials

Structural improvement and anti-seismic consolidation

One of the key aspects of renovation is structural improvement, particularly in load-bearing masonry buildings. Today, new technologies allow for effective and minimally invasive interventions.

Fiber mesh for wall consolidation

We use structural fiber meshes (FRCM/FRP systems) which allow us to:

  • Increase the tensile strength of masonry
  • Improving the seismic behavior of the building
  • Intervene with reduced thicknesses
  • Avoid heavy steel structures

During a seismic event, walls fail under traction: the fibers absorb these stresses and drastically reduce structural vulnerability.

This allows for significantly improved safety without having to demolish and rebuild.

Wood as an ally in seismic improvement

Structural wood also plays a fundamental role in renovations.

We replace existing damaged floors with wooden floors that:

  • They reduce the seismic mass of the building
  • They improve the structural response
  • They increase global security
